The City of Eustis has few restrictions on fencing types or materials. But just because your mailing address says Eustis you may not be within city limits. Unincorporated Lake county does not require a permit for a residential fence. We can check your property status to determine if a permit is required.
Permitting:
Obtaining permits from the Eustis Building Department is pretty easy. They allow packet drop off at the Building Department and usually issue permits within 7 days. We handle all the paperwork and contact with the building department to obtain the permit.Contact:
