The City of Longwood is growing quickly, but most Longwood mailing addresses are actually in Unincorporated Seminole County. Unless you live within 4-5 miles of city hall you are probably not within city limits. We will check your property status to verify if you are inside or outside city limits.
Permitting:
Longwood has moved to only requiring fence permits when it is for a pool code safety fence or new corner lot fence.
